Fish arrive all week long. We fly in fish from dozens of fish farms and wholesalers in the US as well as many locations overseas. Some of our marine animals are imported directly from such areas as the Philippines, Bali, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Marshall Island, Flores Island and the Solomon Islands. The majority of the saltwater stock arrives on Mondays when we are closed, so that the fish may have at least one night to recoup before being offered for sale.
